Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive with a passion for sales to join our robust Business Growth team in client leads generation, successful sales conversion and execution, and support campaigns for the expansion of business opportunities.

Our ideal candidate needs to be business focus and self-motivated. He/she would need to identify and develop new business opportunities, building up of a strong sales funnel, tracking of emerging trends, recommendation of new products or services,
oversee sales process, build up a strong sales network and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.

The candidate will also need to be tech-savvy and stay connected with the latest market trends, with strong business acumen and astute in improvising successful sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and participate in the planning and execution of sales activities tied to business and partner objectives based on market and competitive landscape research and review.
  • Working alongside the Business Development Team, you will be (i) involved in weekly update meetings and planning sessions, (ii) entrusted with the responsibility of supporting the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
    and billing, and (iii) provide administrative support
  • Support the growth of the business by helping to manage the pipeline of opportunities, maximize sales and market penetration.
  • Tracking sales leads, coordinating quotes with sales packs and managing customer accounts.
  • Keep up with and provide appropriate support for new product launches.
  • Coordinate projects and support the Sales Manager. Ensuring projects are worked according to agreed plan and kept on schedule.
  • Support and execute all sales processes including:
    o Preparing and sending pre-sales documents and correspondence.
    o Handling sales documents and correspondence.
    o Client support with post-sales services
  • Handle both B2B & B2C customer service enquiries and support.
  • Support internal and external sales events.

Education & Qualification

Preferably a Diploma in any field.

Work Experience

We welcome fresh Diploma grads or entry level executives who possess great communication skills and have the passion to grow and excel in this field. Candidates with at least 1 year or B2B and B2C sales experience is an added advantage.
Experience in the education or professional training industry will be a plus. 

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft office and Google Applications.
  • Ability to present well and pitch company products confidently to clients. In addition, candidate should possess a problem-solving attitude to come up with custom-fit solutions that will meet client needs.
  • Customer-centric mindset with good networking, communication and presentation skills, results-oriented and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, resourceful, energetic individual who can work well independently and as a team effectively across multi-cultural work environment.
  • Resilient in following up with leads and takes a passion in sales conversion or leading deals. Display a strong capacity to see the positive aspects in anything, with a “go-getting” attitude.
  • Creative and prepared to think outside the box; willing to take the initiative and to present solutions rather than problems.
  • Excellent planning/organisational skills and ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Strong business integrity & holds sensitive information in confidence.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and represent the Company in line with its Vision and Mission Statements.
