If you’re looking to develop as a high school debater and WSDC hopeful, or are just looking to sharpen your toolkit before the upcoming World Schools Debate Championship 2022, this tournament is for you. All levels of experience and welcome and encouraged. Champions walk away with 500USD in cash or preferred vouchers!
If you’re looking to prepare for the RedDot Open Online Debate Championship, or are just looking to learn from the ones who have seen and done it all, then you will definitely want to sign up for the Pre-RDO Online Workshop.
The workshop will be from the 7th-9th of June, just before the tournament itself and will be conducted by experienced debaters and WSDC coaches who are ready to pass on the torch and help the next generation of WSDC and High School debaters thrive.
Skill Training, Practice and Content Lecture classes are conducted, with each workshop catering to specific skills which you would require to do well in the main competition.

Introducing the amazing Digital Director and Tab Master of RedDot Open 2022, Minh Vu from Vietnam. There are simply too many good things to say about Minh Vu. At such a young age, Minh Vu already has the experience, skill and sense to manage and coordinate digital events in a way that belies their age and puts many other organising digital teams to shame.
Whether it be as a Program Coordinator, Tournament Director, or a member of the Digital Team, Minh Vu is diligent with both work and keeping constant channels of communication open with every moving component of an event, to ensure seamless synergy and efficiency. Minh Vu was part of the digital team for Fulbright Open 2021, DAV Debate Open 2021, Singapore Pre-WSDC 2021, Bali Online UADC 2021 and SIDO-Hanoi ABP 2021, and on each occasion he displayed integrity, hard work and professionalism. He was also part of the team of organisers for the Macau Online WSDC 2021 which was hugely successful.

Skills Training
Sign up for this class to learn the ropes of WSDC debating and equip yourself with the necessary tools to excel as a speaker. No matter the level of experience, no debater can overlook past the importance of covering the basics of debating and the need to constantly improve case and response techniques.
Our skills training will cover everything from case construction, to responses to framing and will be conducted by extremely experienced WSDC coaches. Slots are limited so sign up quick!
Practice Session
If argument and responses are the bread and butter of debating, you ought to learn to put them together to make the perfect bread and butter pudding. Learning the techniques and strategies in debating is one thing, but putting them into practice is another – and you need to be a master at both to be a winner in debating.
Sharpen your senses and put your skills to the test in this practice session, adjudicated and conducted by experienced WSDC coaches.
Content Lecture
Fancy a comprehensive and complete matter session? This is the class for you. Our content lectures focus on important areas and topics which you are likely to encounter at different tournaments in your debating career. No debater can make winning arguments if they do not know enough about the subject matter at hand. Gain knowledge and understanding in this class conducted by experienced WSDC coaches. Suitable and highly recommended for all levels of experience.
