Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Executive to join our Business Growth and Marketing team in client lead generation, business planning, sales conversion and execution, and support digital campaigns for the expansion of business opportunities in the Philippines.

Our ideal candidate needs to be business focus and self-motivated. He/she would need to identify and develop new business opportunities, build up a strong sales funnel, runs the sales process and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and support revenue growth activities for the company.

The candidate will also be tech-savvy and keeping in touch with the latest digital trends, with a strong interest in analysing campaign performance and improvising strategies to improve overall campaign performance.

You will be expected to:

 Business Development and Sales Support (60%)

  • Proactively (i) identifying and generating new sales leads for establishing new business partnerships, (ii) qualifying and following up with such qualified leads, (iii) initiating the sales funnel approach to successfully convert leads into paying clients, (iv) negotiating with or taking part in clients and drafting contracts.
  • Adopt a business focus mindset and design solutions proposals for client presentations and meetings.
  • Assist and participate in the planning and execution of sales strategies tied to business and partner objectives based on market and competitive landscape research and review.
  • Ability to pitch Knovo products to potential clients and have a strong sales and support follow up attitude. Illustrate and demonstrate benefits of and versatility to facilitate a better understanding and desirability of the Product amongst clients.
  • Assist in documentation tasks and creation of Enterprise accounts on the interactive virtual learning platform operated by the Company that is accessible at https://www.knovo.io and known as “Knovo” (“Knovo Platform”).
  • Assist in leading business growth for partner support.

Digital Marketing (40%)

  • Planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to meet campaign objectives such as without limitation driving sign ups, increase customer engagement, creating brand awareness etc.
  • Assist in developing, planning, setting up, executing and analysing digital campaigns across multiple measurable digital marketing channels, including without limitation search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social and affiliate Marketing, as well as company owned channels, i.e., email marketing, in-app placements, content marketing etc.
  • Monitor, analyse, optimize and report performance results on a weekly basis.
  • Managing and growing Knovo’s social media pages and website to promote and highlight key Company activities or promotions.
  • Setting up and optimize advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Tiktok etc.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team, partners, internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop integrated campaigns, marketing strategies and plans, and manage product launches.

Education & Qualification

Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Comm, or a related field.

Work Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experience. Business development or marketing experience in the education or professional training industry will be a plus.

Requirements

  • Ability to present well and pitch company products to client. In addition, candidate should possess a problem-solving attitude to come up with custom-fit solutions that will meet client needs.
  • Familiar with using Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Able to use design programs such as Adobe Creative suite to create creatives to run digital campaigns.
  • Customer-centric mindset with good communication skills, presentable, results-oriented and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, self-started, resourceful, energetic individual who can work well independently and as a team effectively across multi-cultural work environments.
  • Resilient in following up with leads and takes a passion in sales conversion or leading deals. Display a strong capacity to see the positive aspects in anything, with a “go-getting” attitude.
  • Creative and prepared to think outside the box; willing to take the initiative and to present solutions rather than problems.
  • Excellent planning/organisational skills and ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Strong business integrity & holds sensitive information in confidence.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and represent the Company in line with its Vision and Mission Statements.
